Is RBA AND AAY RATION CARD IS NOT POSIBLE
RBA are not a obc category ?
So what is the difference between obc and social caste
Now jogi, Boria and few others are also added in OBC
sir,
As belonging to bhand caste, our elders (unaware regards reservation) updated the caste bhand as baghat, now we youth are facing difficulty to recognise ourselves OBC in
govt social welfare offices.
it is concerned and sensitive issue of educationally ,socially and also economically backward class of jammu and kashmir.
Is Jogi or Kulfakir is same community /caste….
Is RBA ( Reserve Backward Area) including in OBC category
